4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

5. Returns and refunds

90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you do not feel a difference within 90 days of your order date, contact us for a full refund of your most recent order. You do not need to return an opened bottle to qualify. The guarantee applies once per customer.

Outside that guarantee:

• Refunds are issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Unopened returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Subscription charges that have already processed are not separately refundable, though the 90-day guarantee still covers your most recent order

• You authorize recurring charges at the listed price and frequency
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
• No refunds will be issued for processed subscription charges

12. Chargebacks and fraud

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will be considered abuse.

We reserve the right to:

• Submit evidence to payment processors
• Permanently ban accounts involved in chargeback fraud
• Recover costs associated with fraudulent disputes

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
