Email info@4everhealth.us within 90 days of your order date with your order number. You do not need to return an opened bottle to qualify. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the item along with your order number. We will review your claim and issue a refund or replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
Unopened products
Unopened returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for subscription charges that have already processed, though the 90-day guarantee above still applies to your most recent order.
